Our Location
The 30,000 square foot warehouse that is now Beach Mini-Storage in Indian Harbour Beach was built by the Air Force for missiles. When the missile activity was moved to Patrick AFB, the building became a public mini-warehouse facility. It's rock solid and isn't going anywhere~concrete foundation, poured interior & exterior concrete block walls, steel girders overhead. It's built at loading-dock height not just for truck access, but flood protection. The facility has three entrances, including two roll-up bay doors tenants use to cart their belongings in and out. Security includes state of the art cameras throughout, the front entrance with two sets of locking, steel double-doors, each with logged and password-protected keypads for 24/7 customer access. With nearly 300 units we always have space available!
We're conveniently located on Central Road, close to Lowe’s Home Improvement, allowing us to serve residents and students from Indian Harbour Beach, Satellite Beach, Indialantic, Palm Bay, South Patrick Shores, Palm Shores, and Melbourne. We’re just off Highway A1A, so come by and visit us!

- Head south on School Rd toward Biscayne Dr
- Turn left onto Biscayne Dr
- Turn left onto Ronnie Dr
- Turn left at the 1st cross street onto Palm Springs Blvd

From Satellite Beach, FL:
- Head south on Florida A1A S toward Glenwood Ave
- In 1.6 miles, turn right onto Pine Tree Dr
- Turn right onto Central Rd

From Indialantic, FL:
- Head west on 8th Ave toward S Hwy A1A/S Miramar Ave
- Turn right at the 1st cross street onto Florida A1A N/S Hwy A1A/S Miramar Ave

- Pass by Wendy's (on the right)
- In 4.5 miles, turn left onto Pine Tree Dr

From Palm Bay, FL:
- Head east on Palm Bay Rd NE toward Lichty St
- Turn left onto Dixie Hwy NE
- In 2.2 miles, continue onto S Harbor City Blvd
- In 1.1 miles, turn right onto E New Haven Ave
- Slight right onto US-192 E/Melbourne Causeway
- Continue to follow US-192 E
- Pass by Chase Bank (on the right in 1.6 miles)
- Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Florida A1A N/N Hwy A1A/N Miramar Ave
